Hi, I'm Kelsey and my passion for pets began at a young age. After moving around and working different types of jobs, I decided to follow my passion and search for job related to animals. I landed a job as a dog bather and eventually learned how to groom dogs. I knew I found my calling. I had the opportunity to purchase the groom shop in 2018 after grooming for several years and knew owning a business would be something I would love doing. In 2021, I took over the boarding side because I wanted to continue serving our wonderful community's pets in a greater capacity. Kelsey’s Groom Shop and Boarding is here to welcome your pet to a secure environment where they’re our family too.

Kelsey’s Groom Shop and Boarding is located next to Carson Valley Vet in Minden, Nevada. We serve Minden, Gardnerville, Carson City and all surrounding areas. The facility is designed to serve all your pet's needs. We have a full-service grooming facility in the building along with indoor/outdoor kennels and a separate kitty condo space. Your pet will be in their own (or with a family member) indoor/outdoor kennel that opens to a yard where they can play.
